Change Highlight rules in displayWeeks #8

displayWeeks should highlight the current week based on the currentWeek
table.  It's silly to highlight the week the user is on when the giant
title tells them...

Done and cleaned up tabs while at it.  displayWeeks still really clunky, and 
should
find a better way to do it, but it works.  Not a real issue, so I'll just wait 
'til
it annoys me enough to do something about it.
