Firing: Meerkat.guard.starting #238

Thie event fires approx. once per second (seen in /storage/meerkat/logs/event.log) There is no guard enabled, neither any comments posted. It is fired even when the applicstion is down (php artisan down).

This event is fired as part of the service registration. If you have any queues/other processes running that boot your application, this event will fire. Additionally, these logs are written when the application has app.debug set to true.
