Shapes, text-boxes not appearing after DOCX to PDF conversion #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add text-box or shape to docx template
2. Run Java file
3. No shape/text-box in PDF generated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the text-box or shape in the PDF after conversion but they are 
completely removed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.7 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached the docx template, the java class and the generated PDF output.

Forgot to mention that I've tried with conversion to PDF from both DOCX and ODT

Hi,

Goal of our PDF converter is at first manage current case like paragrpah, 
table, etc...
Shapes are not in our scope for the moment. But any conteibution are welcome!
