errors in odt->pdf conversion if odt file created by MsWord #125

If a *.docx file is exported to *.odt format and converted to pdf, the result 
pdf in incorrect

1 some space characters are omitted
2 there is extra leading blank page
3 if there is a table in source *.odt file an exception is thrown during 
conversion
4 line height seems taller than in source *.odt
