table headers are not repeat accross pages for odt->pdf converter

I have added a Junit (the same than 
http://code.google.com/p/xdocreport/issues/detail?id=157) with the following 
ODT which causes the problem :

toolkit.odfdom.converter.pdf/src/test/resources/org/odftoolkit/odfdom/converter/
core/Taksee.odt
