Broken link in docs linkcheck #777

Got this error while the tests were running on my pull request

But the link points to a valid paper. I don't understand why it fails!

Seems like some sort of a crawler prevention mechanism. I'm not able to visit the pdf without going through the main article first.

Can you try to substitute the link with https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1086/310430 ? Since this does not require to download the full PDF, this might go more smoothly
