Description of the Bug

This notebook includes a link https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StingraySoftware/notebooks/tree/main/Multitaper/koi2133.csv which gives a 404 Not Found.

Steps/Code to Replicate the Bug

Run the notebook.

Expected Results

Notebook runs to completion.

Actual Results

Notebook fails with an exception.
