Known problem of GSdx in hardware mode. You need to watch this using software
rendering, or skip it.

Gabest has already said this is a WontFix type item, since it's caused by a
fundamental limitation in how hardware acceleration works. Additionally, we
implemented a hotkey to swap Software/Hardware on the fly as a workaround.
Issue closed.

Yeah, software doesn't help, at least not later cutscenes.

The palette settings are invalid in xeno3, not sure why because if it was
corrupted
data other fields of TEX0 were also bad but they aren't.
TEX0.CPB points to 0 in memory most of the time, where the data doesn't look to
be a
palette.
When TEX0.CLD is 1, that!s when the palette should be load from that address to
the
cache, TEX0.PSM is PSM_PSMCT32, which isn't an indexed format so nothing really
gets
loaded.

Btw i'm using uncensored version of the game. Could it be the problem...?

We could only answer that by comparing them.

I confirm, this problem exists in original, censored NTSC version of the game.
This
problem also exists in cutscene, where Shion and Kevin speak about KOS-MOS, and
with
Allen, where he asked her why is she leaving Vector (both of these scenes are
at the
end of prologue, when Shion is on Pedea Island). Software mode doesn't help, as
said
above)))
