Tekken tag tournament GIF problem. #259

Tekken tag tournament speed was dropped.
FPS shows 60~, but CPU shows 3~4%.
The problem is between R1295 and R1297.

After this fix the game crashs when it gos in fight.

It could also be possible that another revision effected this problem.
