MTGS: Super Galdelic Hour [J], freezing after WM logo #280

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)

Not that I know of (I though the game didn't worked).

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Enabling MTGS, the emulator will freeze after WaveMaster logo leaving a
freezed black screen (the fps counter freezes).

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you recieve)?

No error on the console at the moment of crash (though the game gives a few
yellow warnings on boot).

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system?

PCSX2 1413 / Windows XP Pro SP3

5) Please provide any additional information below.

6) Attachments.  *IMPORTANT!*  We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please keep attachments to UNDER 200k!  Do not upload
blockdumps!  Do not upload MP3 dumps.  Use 3rd party image hosts for
screenshots when possible.

Attached block dump until the menu, the intro follows the WM logo just in
case (will freeze after a short while likely if start buttom is not mashed).

Is a Regression, tracked this down back somewhere between SVN 1246 ~ 1264, as 
far as
I know the only revision that modified MTGS there is r1257, which fixes lots of 
games
(but that doesn't mean it couldn't be a different revision).

I don't have any build between those revisions to narrow down to the exact 
revision
which caused the regression.

Need a retest with the latest SVN (or beta) please. This should be fixed with 
the new
MTGS code

Tested on r2283, is still happening, pcsx2 hangs as soon as the WM logo passes 
now,
unlike before which passed into the intro video for a few frames, using the
legacy-gui and deactivating MTGS still makes that screen pass thus making the 
game
playable, tested on r2186 legacy.

Hmm ok, try checking Force Synchronized MTGS in the Video/GS panel on the new 
GUI.
That should be equal to disabling MTGS on the legacy build. See if it has the 
same effect

I forgot to tell I tried "Synchronized MTGS" beforehand, and it makes the 
emulator
hang on infinite loop, it doesn't crash.

I meant the game hangs on infinite loop after the WM logo, to not add confusion 
(need
an edit buttom).

Tested with: PCSX2 r2271,GSdx r2270 (HW/SW),GSdx v0.1.14,ZeroGS, SPU2-X
r2217,clamping,some hacks.

Prints a bunch of these at boot: ElfProgram different load addrs: 
paddr=0x005536ac,
vaddr=0x00540000 (with different paddr in each). Then after the aforementioned
logo,PCSX2 dies.
And by dies I mean I can't even quit it properly, have to end task. Forced
synchronized MTGS didn't help.
Valid bug.
