L.E : Tried with GSDX DirectX10 and 9 software mode and it gives a green screen
when
you try to start a mission if i change the renderer ingame it doesn't give this
problem, also the game is slightly faster in software mode.

OK, try disabling the VUrecs or even the EErec and see what happens. Also try
using
ZeroGS, changing roundmodes and clamping

OK that gives us a hint where the problem may be. Accepted

Also with the SPU2-X r4872 this game loops the first 3 seconds of every music,
its better than the horrendous beep from before, but in ZeroSPU r4909 it works
no problem.

An update on this issue:
using the latest as of now r5140, the sound works fine with SPU2-X, there are
no more graphic glitches with GSDX and the other problem with the game
restarting after completing a mission has disappeared.
It appears that the SPU2-X change from r5139 fixed all this games audio
problems, and the restarts.
Issue can be closed now.

Cool, never thought volume slides could cause emulation issues like that.
