Sorry, forgot to specify that I tried this on two PCs, one running Windows XP
SP2,
and another running Windows Vista SP1. Under Windows Vista, I tried both DX9
and
DX10 modes for the GSdx plugin.

Did you try software rendering in GSDX?

@ Nneeve: Aye, tried that, didn't help - still the same issues, only the
framerate
goes down significantly.

Some of the changes that took place within the previous three or four days
partially
cure the problems in this issue - the majority of texture flickering and the
majority of black/colored polygons are gone now, and what remains is just some
odd
black or white polygons popping up here and there as you walk (which looks
somewhat
similar to the SPS problems).

I'm reporting that changes in revision r666 (the EE "Full" Mode in particular)
appears to fully resolve Issue 46 with Animaniacs, a quick run through the
first
couple maps has showed that no flickering polygons or other trace of SPS or
other
graphics problems is present in that game, I'll try to check and see if it's
fully
playable now.

Another report: played through the first four maps plus a couple mini-games,
and I
think the game is pretty much playable now. No SPS anywhere except for very
minor
odd polygons appearing at the character select screen, otherwise the ingame
graphics
look entirely normal, the speed is rather high with EE Clamp set to Full and VU
Clamp set to Normal, and all the textures look normal-colored under GSDx in
DirectX
10 mode. Under DX9 mode the textures don't flicker but some of them are colored
wrongly. Therefore, I think Issue 46 is pretty much no more with the latest
emulation improvements. Thank you very much for the hard work, guys.
