[Bug Fix] New Home Page Bug Fixes #1973

Description

PR Fixes two bugs without current open issues:

Fixes the favorites section in the home page being cut off when the height surpasses 500px due to the added favorites.
Fixes the group collapse transition animation being played on page load.
