[Feature request] Signature routing #282

Hi developer,

when I have a document which have to be signed by more than one person, it would be great to have an signing routing (something like Adobe Acrobat Pro is offering here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/adobe-use-hybrid-routing.html). Maybe then it would be helpful to keep the document temporally in Stirling PDF and every user can sign the document via Stirling on Web browser when the document is ok for them.

I found that this service https://github.com/documenso/documenso implemented such a sigature routing. Maybe such parts could implemented in Stirling
