That is, when I open the Menus view, the nav bar and tab bar should become teal like the button.

Could this be considered part of theming?

Maybe.

I'm calling it something different because I'm only wanting to change two colors at compile time, not provide app-wide differences at runtime (much less a "dark" theme, which would require font and type changes too).

If that makes sense.
