Add new student work fields to open jobs listings #3013

What fields would we like that aren't exposed? I don't need names, but some sort of list of what's on the website that you can't find in the response would be great :-)

I have now updated the response to ensure that phone numbers are strings, and goodForIncomingStudents is a boolean.
