Error in AddStratumToStoxLanding and LoadFdaStratumPolygon #130

User receives errors of the kind listed below when running AddAsreaPositionStoxLanding, with area definitions loaded with LoadFdaStratumPolygon:

Versions tested: RstoxFramework: 4.0.0 RstoxBase: 2.0.0 RstoxData: 2.0.0 RstoxFDA 1.3.0-9005
