How can the initial time be non-zero? #475

This potentially related to #457, can the initial time be non-zero? If so, what's the syntax to set this?

Looks like this may have been addressed. If so, could you copy the syntax here to set the time course to have initial time != 0?

We we're working with BioModels to add buttons such as "Simulate with GillesPy2", "Simulate with COPASI", etc. Some studies need initial time != 0.
