stochastic simulations ... what are we plotting ? single realizations ? means ?
A downsampled mean. Yeah, I need to relabel the axes

Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHubhttps://github.com/StochSS/stochss/issues/138#issuecomment-37134389 .
Single trajectory plots available:
Plotting: 1) quantity selected by default should be one of the species' time series, not one of the sensitivities. I would say the first species defined in the model. 2) I still think that the select boxes could be on the left of the plot instead of at the bottom. There's a lot of empty space on the left of the screen. Also the select boxes for the species could be kept "separated" from the sensitivities (put on a different row/column for example).
All the warnings about "unique simulation names" should be in a bigger font (maybe use bold as well)
More to come later today ...
