Installation error for emClarity_1_5_3_11_v19a #142

HI,

I am currently running into some issues with installing emClarity_1_5_3_11_v19a on on ubuuntu 18.04 following the general wiki instructions for installation. Is there any reason this would be occurring?

Probably too old for OP, just noticing. There should be a check and catch for 0GB available though.
