Computer unresponsive with small tolerances #12

I just ran the GBM example with minor changes, I switched the db flag to true and dropped tolerance to one tenth of what it used to be. As a result, my whole comp stalled, I cannot log into it using SSH, nothing really works, but the mouse pointer moves on the screen as I wiggle the mouse.

What is the full command?

I had to reboot so I don't have the backlog but I believe it was

ipython -- run.py -mimc_TOL 0.0001 -mimc_max_TOL 0.5 -qoi_sigma 0.1 -qoi_mu 1 -qoi_seed 0 -mimc_dim 1 -mimc_w 1 -mimc_s 1 -mimc_gamma 1 -mimc_beta 2 -mimc_bayesian True -mimc_verbose True -db True

Works for me. Maybe try to run it with ' > output.log' at the end and send me the output?

I've tried numerous times to reproduce this, with no success. Closing for now, and reopening, if trouble persists.
