Shock Doctrine Sappers Booby Trap Strategic Point ability does not work. #253

Game Version: Spearhead II 1.0.1

Summary of Bug: The Soviet Saperi Booby Trap Point ability (unlocked by Shock Division) does not function.

Steps to Reproduce: Select Shock Division, build engineer, upgrade with Booby Traps upgrade, capture point, attempt to place booby trap on point.

Expected Outcome: Mousing over the selected point allows you to order the squad to place the trap on the selected point.

Actual Outcome: A 'Too Close' icon pops up when you attempt to click on the point and the ability doesn't work. [RALPH'S NOTE: It definitely affects other units that have booby trap, see comments]

Additional Information: I'm not sure if this bug happens to other booby trap abilities. image

This is extended by Issue 342, which shows Tank Hammer Sappers also unable to use booby trap.
