Summary of Bug- ANZAC Flare Weapon upgrade doesn't replace the smoke grenade, it only moves it to another slot, while also giving them the flare ability. The weapon upgrade states that it replaces the default "C" ability.
Steps to reproduce-
-Go UKF, doctrine Royal Tank Regiment (Anvil Picked, could extend to Hammer as well)
-Create FWHQ (Still able to build it even without T1 upgrade)
-Call in one of the two ANZAC Battlegroups
-Check the squads flare weapon upgrade, buy it
Expected outcome- The Flare replaces the squads' Rifle Smoke grenade.
Actual outcome- The squads Rifle Smoke grenade gets moved up to the slot next to the "Stop" order. Both abilities are usable
