[BUG] British Airborne Rifle Sections not receiving improved Sten V upgrade #352

Game Version: Spearhead II v1.1.1.1 Summary of Bug: Using British Airborne (Hammer). I am unable to to upgrade my rifle sections with Sten Vs Steps to Reproduce: Select Airborne, hammer. Create a Rifle Section. Expected Outcome: Rifle Sections can be upgraded with Sten Vs Actual Outcome: No Sten Vs for Rifle Sections

Additional Information: The sten pictured in the upgrade for the rifle section is the normal Sten II, not the improved sten V that Airborne should have access to.
