This PR is renaming all Hamiltonian functions to more systematic names, and splitting the zeeman function into electron, nuclear, and orbital Zeeman.

To do:

[x] rename all functions (except zeeman)
[x] split zeeman into three functions ham_ez, ham_nz and ham_oz
[x] rework documentation
[x] refactor Zeeman operators in endorfrq
[x] add more tests
