Make documentation accessible from within MATLAB #255

Some (novice) users have difficulty locating the local documentation. Maybe introduce easyspin doc or similar that calls web to display the entry page of the local EasySpin documentation. This has the advantaged that the documentation always relates to the currently active EasySpin version (top of MATLAB path).
