Update esfit GUI.

To do:

[x] update GUI to AppDesigner components and uigridlayout (resizeable)
[x] implement global fitting in GUI (issue #222)
[x] decide on how to deal with supporting different Matlab versions (related to issue #289): new GUI fixing issue #289 is supported from R2021b onwards, a legacy version of GUI without global fitting capabilities works back to R2017a
[x] extensively test GUI for different Matlab versions and screen resolutions (tested for Matlab versions R2021b, R2022b, R2023b, legacy version on R2017a, Windows and Linux operating systems)
