Hello from MDAnalysis! I just came across your package and noted that you're using MDAnalysis to great effect.
We recently created the MDAKits registry where external packages that use MDAnalysis as a foundation can be listed. Importantly, once registered, the package is continuously tested against the current stable and development version of MDAnalysis, which tells users and developers if the package will likely work in their current environment. Ultimately our goal is to expose packages like yours to the large user base of MDAnalysis and encourage software-engineering best practices such as testing, ease of installation with standard tools and documentation.
You can read more about MDAKits on the page and there's also a link to a paper.
I am happy to answer questions if you're interested (or you can start a discussion in the MDAnalysis GitHub Discussions: MDAKits). I will also not be offended if you close this issue without doing anything further ;-).
