Regarding my remark today that some of you show up as "guests" in the meeting, there seem to be three reasons for this according to the Zoom website:
Not signed in
Signed in from an email address that is not in the same account as the host
Signed in with a version of the Zoom client software older than the supported version
However, Derek pointed out to me that he was signed in with his Stony Brook account, and it's unlikely that any of you are using an old client since you probably didn't have one until two weeks ago. So I'm not quite sure what's up with that. As long as the university doesn't deactiviate guest logins, it should be fine anyways.
