Reduce number of steps to change scenario being recorded to #90

Currently you have to click on the cog on the top left to go to the proxy settings. Then pick a new scenario from the drop down, click Update button on the bottom, and finally click Run to start recording to the new scenario.

One idea is to have a dropdown on the top left to cut out going to the proxy settings page.
