They are rehosting the mods, however, users must upload them.

One mod on the site is OreSpawn. The mod seems to be rehosted and NOT linked to original downloads.

Not really. All mods on the site have been uploaded by "Admin".

Here is an example of one of my mods, which was uploaded to this website without permission.

Anyway, this issue may be closed since #209 adds this website to the list.
