The Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) is a project funded by the National Human Genome Research Instititue to sequence and assemble genomes from individuals from diverse populations in order to better represent genomic landscape of diverse human populations.

Yes, the pledged coins are ready.I am a data preparer, mainly using official tools: boost, lotus, or Singularity for data preparation.This dataset has been stored before, but many entries have expired. Checked past records and overall performance is good. In the spirit of maximizing trust, considering it's the first round, willing to support, as per allocator first round approval rule of 5%, willing to support 600TiB.

The data is well distributed and hope you continue to improve the Spark retrieval success rate, 1.2 PiB will be allocated in round 2 according to Datacap allocation rules.

Allocation Tranche Schedule to clients:: • First: 5% of the total requested DataCap • Second: 200% of the first tranche • Third: 200% of the previous tranche • Fourth: 200% of the previous tranche • Max per client overall: 200% of the previous tranche (The total not greater than 5PiB)

If the next round does not see a significant improvement in Spark retrieval rates, a Datacap approval intervention will be made.
