Cycle buffering? Windup/down times? #11

is there already a name for the situation u need to w8 more cycles to get something? ex. "my system is working but i need to wait 3 cycles untill i can get the first shulker"

The time b/w entering to exiting of the same thing is called Residence Time The time gap b/w 1 entering and another exiting is called Throughput The time for first entering to first exiting is called Windup

Not entirely sure where I stand when it comes to prescriptivism, so I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it

However, "time" isn't really the metric being used here. How about e.g. "this contraption requires 2 windup cycles" instead?
