Add Dockerfile for building a Docker image of Farmer #28

creates a Docker image based of Debian Wheezy (for compactness)
only keeps dependencies that are necessary after install is complete
implementation migrated from prototype at https://github.com/tcoffin/storj-docker.git

When creating the automatic build for Docker, you just need to ensure that you point to the sub-directory containing the Dockerfile. I added @EmergentBehavior as a collaborator to the prototype docker repo so he has an example of how I configured the automated build.

Correct, I've actually had it running on my machine since we last spoke.
