Update outdated textures #60

This issue includes textures that are outdated (Ex: signs) and textures that look outdated (Ex: bedrock)

Yet to be added: dirt, coarse dirt, ender dragon, structure block, nautilus shell, heart of the sea, conduit, nether portal, corals, coral fans, coral blocks, water, concrete, concrete powder, turtle, phantom, grass, lava

Some of the above have been posterized (number of colors in palette reduced) but still look relatively the same

Lots of ideas from TheRealKanzer on PMC and https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Texture_Update helped identify outdated textures

Fixes: 1.0: signs, jungle door item, painting back, clock, blue highlight buttons 1.1: rails, all door items, knowledge book icon in gui, observer top (Vanilla Tweaks), toast tutorial icons, spectator icons 1.2: spectral arrow entity, hud hearts, hud armor, iron nugget, brewing gui potion icons, toast tutorial icons (updated), signs (updated), attack indicator, wheat seeds, pumpkin seeds 1.3: creeper, compass, nether wart item, empty chestplate icon in inventory, hud hearts (updated), steve and alex, humanoid mob's hands, lapis icon in enchanting table gui, clock (updated), toasts tutorials icons (updated), spectator icons (updated), melon seeds 1.4: chests, blaze rod, blaze powder, spectral arrows (updated), glass pane top, empty boots icon, hud hunger icons, hud bubble icons, bubble particle, discs, hammer in anvil gui, options background 1.5: clock and compass (updated), empty leggings icon, "pigscene" painting, painting back (updated) 1.6: sugarcane, hotbar, realms diamond icon, dirt background in realms, stick 2.0: torches, trapdoors, fire, shulker head, bubble column, colored terracotta, dragon egg (model) 2.1: sun and moon 2.2: shulker, collars, glazed terracotta 2.3: spawn eggs, flaming skull painting, parrot 2.4: dragon egg (texture) 2.5: chests (remade), wool, steve and alex removed, christmas chests 2.6: silverfish, endermite (#150), end crystal (orb only) 2.7: dragon egg (full retexture and new model) 2.8: scute, firework star, bedrock 2.9: end crystal's bedrock base 2.10: enderman

Note: observer top was changed to an original texture to replace VT one at some point
