Update to .net 5 and use System.Text.Json
Allow "any" in addition to "tcp" and "udp"
Display proxy incoming and outgoing ports in console
Display total bytes passed forward and back when channel closed
Improved naming of classes and fields
Check TCP channels for inactivity
Use monotonic Environment.TickCount64 instead of DateTime.UtcNow
Close UDP forward client when timed out.
