Description: Toasty fire having troubles doing cast singed buff on players nearby.
Current behaviour: Toasty fires give no buff or slow buff to nearby players. The game object seems to persist even if the fire goes out as well. Expected behaviour: Game object TOasy fire is deleted after its hit by ice shard or block of ice. Npc toasty fire apply singed buff faster/more consistently.
