[Achievement][Isle of Thunder] For the Ward!

Description: ([Achievement][Isle of Thunder] For the Ward!) For The Ward! (https://mop-shoot.tauri.hu/?achievement=8117#comments) achievement can't be completed on horde side because the Sunreaver Perimeter Ward (https://mop-shoot.tauri.hu/?object=217758) doesn't do any damage to mobs. Tried it with several npcs confirmed to work on wowhead comments, even tried it with an ally player multiple times with no success. For the Ward! is part of the meta-achievement Stormbreaker (https://mop-shoot.tauri.hu/?achievement=8121) which grants the title ", The Stormbreaker".

Current behaviour: When bringing enemies close to the ward, it is rare that the target gets the debuff they're supposed to. The debuff serves to confirm that the ward is about to do damage to the target. When a mob is successfully debuffed, the ward does not do any damage to it, and right clicking the ward to charge it (which is supposed to increase the damage it does) also does nothing.

The image shows a mob getting the debuff. In this as in all instances, the ward does not damage the enemy.

Expected behaviour: Wards are supposed to place a debuff on most enemy targets (with a few exceptions listed in a wowhead comment on the achievement page https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=8117/for-the-ward#comments:~:text=List%20of%20mobs%20known%20to%20not%20work%20for%20the%20achievement) when close, and periodically zap them for some damage. If you, the player doing the achievement, interact/right click the ward, the ward becomes charged and is supposed to do greater damage to the enemy target. For the achievement to complete, the ward needs to deal the killing blow to the target. This is not possible since wards (on horde side at least) do not damage any enemy.

Worked fine for me killing an alliance player.

nah, we walked by 6-7 wards, none were zapping him or giving him the debuff
