"Your healing spells have a chance" trinkets not working on healers #1064

Description: Procs from "healing spells" are not working properly on a discipline priest, not even in a holy spec.

Current behaviour: On discipline priest they proc from atonement spells only and only if you are damaging the target (Holy Fire, Smite, Penance) Lightning-Imbued Chalice also doesn't work and apparently only works on a resto druid. Those trinkets are also not working on a mistweaver monk. Spirits of the Sun also procs only from damage.

I believe all the healing trinkets are just not working as they should be. Are we missing "heal" tags on healing spells or something like that?

Expected behaviour: "Your healing spells have a chance" trinket should be proccing from actual healing spells and not just from Atonement procs - Smite, Holy Fire, Penance, Heal, Flash Heal, Greater Heal, Prayer of Mending, Binding Heal, Cascade/Nova/Divine Star, Desperate Prayer, Prayer of Healing, Renew

Those bugs are kind of gamebreaking and makes the trinkets useless, since they are not working properly. At least not on a discipline priest, holy priest, mistweaver monk.

I checked the items you've linked with Flash Heal and both proc fine - the only caveat is the proc will not activate outside of combat (intended). Otherwise it procs just fine from healing abilities.
