Npc Bugged on Isle of Thunder

The [Npc] "Itoka" on the Isle of Thunder is bugged sometimes. After you've dealt 50% damage on him, he goes in his Bubble (which is normal). But sometimes he disappears during his bubble phase, even if you were fast enough.

This bug happens from time to time. Sometimes it works perfectly fine but on the next Day it buggs 2-3 times in a row.

For a dev that might take a look into this: Range evade, not the xyz evade I tested that. Changing evade range (was/is on 500) does not change this somehow.
