Realm where you noticed the issue:

Description:
Murozond's Rewind Time when clicking the hourglass does not work properly, breaking the whole encounter. Temporal Snapshot/Temporal Snapshot is cast at the beginning of the fight, saving your location, resources and auras at the time it is finished. Clicking the hourglass should move players back there, along with:
Completely removing the Temporal Blast debuff from players (this is done by just reassuming the snapshots' properties that obviously do not have this aura)
Current behaviour:
Rewind TimeONLY returns players to their snapshot's location. It does not affect health/mana, return or refresh auras nor remove the stacking debuff, resurrect dead players, etc... (The encounter behaved correctly - more or less - during Cataclysm on Tauri, with the exception of not resurrecting dead players, so some core change must have broken either Rewind Time or Temporal Snapshot since.)
Expected behaviour:
Rewind Time should do everything described above.
Since using the hourglass resets all your cooldowns, regenerates mana and health, and resurrects dead party members, you should not hesitate to use all your cooldowns at the beginning of the fight and after each use of the hourglass. Also, using the hourglass grants a casting and movement speed increase for 30 seconds through Blessing of the Bronze Dragonflight.
P.S.: The hourglass was used on retail during world first races a few years back :)
