tear down the wall - solo scenario - isle of thunder #1665

MISTBLADE 2:

I'm trying to finnish the solo scenarios in isle of thunder but im stuck in "Tear Down The Wall". When we start veresa is thre and tells me to meet her with the explosives, but when i arrive no npc from alliance or even veresa is there at the wall for us to tear it down. its really annoying because its game reaking, preventing me to advance. Already cleared cache, did many relogs, nothing sorted it out :(:

Expected npcs so i can continue to next phase in solo scenario:

You haven't completed the first part of the quest. Go get the explosives then come back there.
