Description: 2t15 hunter bonus does not work properly

Current behaviour: Thunderhawk attacks for 8 seconds and deals 5 hits Lightning Blast, critical strike chance has no effect on Lightning Blast

Expected behaviour: Thunderhawk should attack for 10 sec and deal 6 Lightning Blast hits, Lightning Blast should depend on the hunter's crit chance, there were no changes in patch 5.4 related to above.
