Realm where you noticed the issue:
Evermoon/MB1/MB2
Description:
If you gain Gift of the Titans during Alter time, the buff gets unapplied once Alter Time ends.
Current behaviour:
If you gain Gift of the Titans during Alter time, the buff gets unapplied once Alter Time ends.
Expected behaviour:
If you gain Gift of the Titans during Alter time, the buff shouldn't get unapplied, and it's duration shouldn't be snapshot by Alter Time either.
Proof:
As seen in the log below, the first link shows Alter Time being cast at 5.337s.
The second link shows Gift of the Titans being applied at 7.302s, and it's duration being 20 seconds even though it was applied during Alter Time.
