2 years ago Been on the other side of this ("Black Rock Spire" and "Escape from Durnholde Keep"), in black rock, the last boss kill didnt count for us for some reason and dongeon was still in active state, so we decided to kick each other, after the kick, the Dungeon finder just added another player from queue, without even asking if we want to search for another one.
Similar in Durnholde Keep, but there I was the replacement player. Thrall got bugged in the cellar and could not be talked with to start the escape. Tried kicking each other and even manuallu pressing "Leave Queue" in LFG after first kick to stop people from porting in. Did not help.
So i think the root cause is bugs in dungeons, made worse by the the fact that after player leaves a party in LFG it searches for another players without asking (retail asks leader for confirm). Not sure if this search behavior was like this in MoP but I think even then it asked the leader of party before searching for new player. And the button to stop searching does not work on LFG window.

Description: With the search for dungeons, something has been thrown into the completed one for the 10th time, people just queue up after the completion of the dungeon, but you are just thrown to them and you stay there even if all five players are ready. After that, you have to go out and wait 10-15 minutes until you can enter the search again
Current behaviour: When the dungeon is found, many who were looking for it, throw it into the already completed one, where, after completion, some people remained and again stood in search. As a result, fresh players are forced to leave the group and wait 10-15 minutes to find a new one.
Expected behaviour: After the completion of the dungeon, new players should not be thrown in to you, they should be thrown into the newly found dungeon, and players from the past should be transferred to a new one.
