[Quest] Backed in to a Corner will not complete #376

Description: Quest "Backed into a corner" in vashjir seems to be bugged - the nagas wont stop spawning even after the counter is at 50/50 - it goes to 52/50 then starts from 2 again - the boss wont spawn and the quest is not being marked as completed Current behaviour: The counter "Naga Attackers killed" counts upwards, goes above 50 kills up to 52/50 then starts at 2/50 again - this will repeat, the quest is not being marked as finished as the named mob won't spawn. Expected behaviour: THe named mob Fathom-Lord Zin'Jatar should spawn after reaching 50/50 nagas killed

Seems that the named mob does spawn if you stop after 50/50 - but this is difficult because the npcs two shot the nagas making the counter still going up. Seems like the spawn should either be disabled at 50/50 or the counter not increase after killing more mobs. Currently it can be done by kiting the additional mobs until the boss spawned.
