[Quest][Lost Isles - Goblin starting area] Unable to leave starting area because of unavailable quest #578

[Quest][Lost Isles] Final Confrontation [NPC] Sassy Hardwrench

Description: Can't complete goblin starting area, NPC doesn't give out last quest Final Confrontation to leave island.

Current behaviour: NPC Sassy Hardwrench doesn't give third to last quest Final Confrontation to complete quest chain of goblin starting area. Issue occurred after finishing all previous breadcrumb quests on a currently level 17 character.

Another observed behavior includes a warning message 'You are in the wrong zone' when walking through different zones of the Lost Isles. Turned on 'Track Low Level', Logged off, etc. All other quests in the The Slave Pits were successfully completed.

Expected behaviour: Quest giver gives out quest Final Confrontation

Works, you need to do both the quests to kill Candy and Chip.

Confirmed, What Kind of Name is Chip, Anyway? is given out by Ace, inside the Bilgewater Lumber Yard.
