Minimum Level Requirements for MoP Raids

Description: You should be able to enter MoP Raids (Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear as of now) even at level 85.

Current behaviour: Right now it sends you back at graveyard saying that map cannot be entered at that time.

Expected behaviour: You should be able to enter at level 85 at least. There are many videos of 85 twinks clearing the raids back in MoP Retail.

Can confirm this. It's definitely discouraging for the twink community in a high pop server like this
