[API][Spell][Druid] Feral Talent: Force of Nature #909

Description: Damage from the feral talent Force of Nature is behaving differently in the combat log (manual logs/damage meters) to on the API.

I suspect that the Treant's rake damage is being counted twice by the API leading to inflated numbers on the log websites that use the API (although this may be a coincidence and I will try log some of the fights using this talent in ToT to see if it's reproducible.)

Here is a log of Feng this week where my total damage is 35.99M, of which Treant's Rake is 1.8M. My in game damage meter had almost identical numbers.

However, on the logs page which uses the API, my total damage registered is 37.81M, which is almost exactly the damage that the Treant's Rake did (give or take from rounding errors).

This might be linked this fix a while back where Treant's damage was inconsistently showing up on damage meters and manually uploaded logs (but was showing fine on the API sourced logs)
