I temporarily reverted this change since it seems to be breaking install script.

Here is a message from slack:

I'm installing stackstorm on a new server wit the All-in-one Installer.
Durring the installation I had an error :

Error: could not resolve https://https://downloads.stackstorm.net/deb//pubkey.gpg
Error: /Stage[main]/St2::Package::Debian/Apt::Source[stackstorm]/Apt::Key[Add key: 1E26DCC8B9D4E6FCB65CC22E40A96AE06B8C7982 from Apt::Source stackstorm]/Apt_key[Add key: 1E26DCC8B9D4E6FCB65CC22E40A96AE06B8C7982 from Apt::Source stackstorm]/ensure: change from absent to present failed: could not resolve https://https://downloads.stackstorm.net/deb//pubkey.gpg

We should roll forward as soon as we have a right fix in place.

Just FYI - user confirmed it's working fine after the revert.
